Educator Programs
Educator Workshops
Educator workshops at Asia Society Texas Center combine a two-hour workshop with a performing or visual arts experience. Designed for K-12 and university instructors, these trainings give educators a greater understanding of Asian art, culture, economics, government, music, and theater. Following presentations, participants will tour the Louisa Stude Sarofim Gallery or attend a workshop-related event in The Brown Foundation Performing Arts Theater. Participants will also receive applicable G/T hours from the Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented (TAGT).
Student Tours and Field Trips
Guided tours by Asia Society Texas docents lead students and educators through visual art and interactive exhibitions on view, offering unique perspectives into the traditions and cultures of Asians and Asian Americans around the world.
We invite educators to book a field trip to participate in the following experiences:
- Explore Asia tours
